Do you charge per subscriber?

Never. Every plan includes unlimited subscribers. You only pay for emails actually sent. Grow your list to 100K and your bill stays the same.

What counts as an email sent?

Each individual email delivered to a recipient counts as one send. A campaign to 1,000 subscribers uses 1,000 sends.

What happens if I go over my plan's send limit?

By default, sending pauses and we email you to upgrade. You can optionally enable metered overage billing with a monthly cap you control — no surprise invoices.

How do the Free and Starter plans differ?

Free gives you 200 lifetime sends with unlimited contacts — perfect for trying things out or a very small list. Starter ($9/mo) unlocks 10K sends/month. Both require connecting your own Neon database during onboarding.

No. You can also upload MJML files directly, copy-paste HTML, or use the REST API. The AI-IDE workflow is the fastest path; it's not the only one.

No. The AI in your IDE (Cursor/VS Code) only sees what you type into the chat. Your subscriber list is only touched at the moment of send.
