Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use Senderkit to send email to people who have given you permission. Purchased lists, scraped addresses, and spam are prohibited. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may suspend accounts that harm deliverability.

New accounts are subject to initial sending limits that increase as your sender reputation is established. We may require domain authentication before marketing sends are enabled and may throttle or pause sends if delivery metrics exceed industry thresholds.

You must not send phishing, malware, illegal content, or messages that violate applicable law (including the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and CAN-SPAM where relevant).
